These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Nomad Vault mobile application and related services ("Services") provided by TechAppPartners LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don’t use our Services.

Nomad Vault is owned and operated by TechAppPartners LLC, a Georgia-based company specializing in secure document storage and management solutions.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Nomad Vault. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under the age of 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Services.

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
   
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
   
• You may enable biometric login (Face ID, fingerprint) on supported devices. We do not store biometric data—it is handled by your device's secure enclave.
   
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
   
• You may delete your account at any time in the app settings, which will permanently remove your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
   

You agree not to use the Services to:
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Share copyrighted material without permission
• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the app
• Exceed reasonable storage limits for personal document vault usage
• Impersonate another person or entity

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please read these subscription terms carefully.

A. Subscription Plans
• Monthly Premium: price as shown in your App Store or Google Play account
• Yearly Premium: price as shown in your App Store or Google Play account

B. Auto-Renewal Terms
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings

C. Cancellation and Refunds
• You can cancel your subscription anytime in your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds for unused portions of your subscription period
• If you received a free trial, unused portions are forfeited when you purchase a subscription

D. Premium Features
Premium features include:
• Unlimited document storage
• Advanced document organization and categorization
• Enhanced security features and encryption
• Emergency access for trusted contacts
• Priority customer support
• Document sharing and collaboration tools
• Automatic document backup and sync

You retain ownership of all documents and files you upload to Nomad Vault.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, encrypted license to store and process your content solely for providing the Services.

We use industry-standard encryption to protect your documents. However, you are responsible for maintaining secure access to your account.

We are not liable for data loss due to user error, device failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You may designate trusted contacts for emergency document access under specific conditions you define.

You are fully responsible for choosing emergency contacts and the documents they can access.

Emergency access requires verification through multiple security steps.

We are not liable for any misuse by contacts you authorize or disputes arising from emergency access.

• You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload and store any content in your vault.
   
• You may not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
   
• We respect your privacy and do not access your documents except as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We use Firebase and other third-party services for authentication, storage, and analytics.

If you encounter security issues, bugs, or inappropriate content, please report them to us immediately.

Users can report issues via in-app tools or by emailing: kevon@techapppartners.com.

We will investigate and take appropriate action at our discretion.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or other reasons at our discretion.

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.

Upon termination, we may delete your stored documents and account data permanently after a reasonable grace period.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

While we implement strong security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your documents.

You should maintain backups of important documents outside of Nomad Vault.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

TechAppPartners LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including data loss, arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

If you downloaded our app from the Apple App Store:
• These Terms are between you and TechAppPartners LLC, not Apple
• Apple is not responsible for our Services or these Terms
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them
• If our app fails to conform to applicable warranties, you may notify Apple for a refund
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app
• In case of any third-party claims that the app infringes intellectual property rights, Apple will not be responsible

If you downloaded our app from Google Play:
• You also agree to Google Play's Terms of Service
• Google is not responsible for our Services or these Terms
• Any issues with the app should be directed to TechAppPartners LLC, not Google

All rights, title, and interest in the app, including its code, design, trademarks, and interface, belong to TechAppPartners LLC.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our app without permission.

You retain ownership of your uploaded documents and files.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or legal requirements.

We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email.

Your continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting kevon@techapppartners.com.

If unresolved, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Georgia, USA.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TechAppPartners LLC regarding the Services.

They supersede any prior agreements or communications.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
