Welcome to Flashcard AI! These Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Agreement”) govern your use of the Flashcard AI mobile app and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Flashcard AI is owned and operated by TechAppPartners LLC, a Georgia-based company.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Flashcard AI.
   
• If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
   
• Flashcard AI is not intended for children under 16.
   

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Flashcard AI for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the app.
   
• Use the Services for commercial purposes without our permission.
   
• Circumvent or disable security features.
   

You may generate flashcards using AI from YouTube, books, scanned documents, and manual input.

You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with copyright and applicable laws.

Misuse of the Services for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes is prohibited.

You agree not to use Flashcard AI to generate flashcards containing hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content.

Flashcard AI does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. All flashcards generated are for educational and informational purposes only, and you should verify accuracy with trusted sources.

You must not input personal, confidential, or sensitive information (such as addresses, Social Security numbers, financial account details, or health records) into the app.

You retain ownership of the flashcards and content you create.

By using Flashcard AI, you grant us a license to host, display, and (if necessary) remove your content for safety, legal compliance, or policy enforcement.

We may moderate or delete content that violates laws, copyrights, or community guidelines at our discretion.

Flashcard AI’s software, AI models, and branding belong to TechAppPartners LLC.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering of the app is prohibited.

Flashcard AI offers premade AI-generated study decks (e.g., IT, nursing, business certifications). These are unofficial and not affiliated with or endorsed by any certification body (e.g., CompTIA, AWS, PMI, NCLEX).
They are supplemental study resources only and may not reflect official exam content.

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
   
• Refunds must be requested through Apple or Google, in line with their policies.
   
• Prices may change with notice.
   

Flashcards generated with AI may contain inaccuracies or outdated details. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a specific purpose. Users should verify information with trusted sources.

You may delete your account and associated data at any time through the in-app account settings or by contacting us at kevon@techapppartners.com.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms.
   
• Upload or generate illegal or infringing content.
   
• Abuse the platform or AI features.
   

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Georgia, USA, under applicable state and federal law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechAppPartners LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the app or violation of these Terms.

The Services are provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.

Our liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the last 12 months. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes through the app or app store listing. Continued use of Flashcard AI after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TechAppPartners LLC regarding your use of Flashcard AI.
