Welcome to DISC!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding legal agreement between you and Tech App Partners LLC ("DISC," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the DISC mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account or using DISC, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

• You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use DISC.
   
• If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental/guardian consent.
   
• We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts.
   

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information.
   
• Keep your login credentials secure.
   
• Be responsible for all account activity.
   
• Not sell, transfer, or share your account.
   

We may reject usernames or suspend accounts at our discretion.

• You own the content you post (text, images, audio, comments, etc.).
   
• By posting, you grant DISC a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Services.
   
• Deleted posts may persist in backups or if shared by others.
   

You may not use DISC to:

• Post illegal, harmful, harassing, or hateful content.
   
• Share sexually explicit, pornographic, or child exploitation material (zero tolerance).
   
• Share non-consensual intimate images, doxxing, or impersonations.
   
• Use full names in harmful or accusatory posts (first names/nicknames allowed if not harassing).
   
• Spam, scam, or spread malware.
   
• Infringe on intellectual property.
   
• Scrape, harvest, or use bots.
   
• Glorify or encourage suicide, self-harm, or violence.
   

• Violations can be reported in-app or via kevon@techapppartners.com.
   
• We may remove content, suspend, or ban users.
   
• Severe violations (e.g., child exploitation, violent threats) may be reported to law enforcement.
   
• Repeat violators may be permanently banned.
   
• Appeals must be submitted within 14 days of enforcement.
   

DISC is not medical or professional advice.

• If you are thinking of self-harm or suicide, call your local emergency number.
   
• In the U.S., dial 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
   

• All DISC trademarks, logos, and designs are owned by Tech App Partners LLC.
   
• You may not copy, use, or distribute them without permission.
   

If you believe your copyright has been infringed, send a notice to our DMCA Agent:

Your notice must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work.
   
• URL or location of infringing content.
   
• Your contact info.
   
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized.
   
• Your physical or electronic signature.
   

We may remove content and terminate repeat infringers. Counter-notices may be submitted if removal was mistaken.

• Delete your account in-app or by emailing support@techapppartners.com.
   
• Backups may persist for up to 90 days.
   
• Some information may be retained where legally required.
   

• If you discover a vulnerability, email security@techapppartners.com.
   
• Unauthorized scanning, disruption, or access is prohibited.
   

• DISC is provided “as is” without warranties.
   
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of user content.
   

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

• DISC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
   
• Liability is capped at amounts you paid DISC in the last 12 months.
   

You agree to indemnify and hold DISC harmless against claims resulting from your content, conduct, or violations of these Terms.

We may disclose information if required by law, to comply with legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or enforce these Terms.

If you downloaded DISC from Apple:

• These Terms are between you and Tech App Partners LLC, not Apple.
   
• Apple is not responsible for our Services or these Terms.
   
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary and may enforce these Terms.
   
• Warranty failures: you may notify Apple for a refund.
   
• Apple has no obligation to provide support.
   
• Apple is not responsible for intellectual property claims.
   

If you downloaded DISC from Google Play:

• You also agree to Google Play’s Terms of Service.
   
• Google is not responsible for DISC or these Terms.
   
• Any issues must be directed to Tech App Partners LLC.
   

• Governed by Georgia, USA law.
   
• Disputes must be resolved individually (no class actions).
   
• Jury trial is waived.
   

If DISC is sold, merged, or reorganized, your data may be transferred.

• These Terms are the entire agreement between you and DISC.
   
• If one part is invalid, the rest remains.
   
• Failure to enforce is not a waiver.
   
• We are not liable for events outside our control (force majeure).
   
• You may not assign these Terms without consent; we may assign as part of a transfer.
   

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect when posted. Continued use means acceptance.
