Tech App Partners LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

• Account Info: email, username, date of birth, optional profile photo.
   
• User Content: posts, images, audio recordings, comments.

• Identifiers → user ID, device ID, search history.
   
• Device & Usage Data (via Firebase): crash reports, diagnostics, app version, device type.
   

We do not collect contacts, biometrics, payment details, or precise GPS location.

• Camera/Photos: to upload images.
   
• Microphone: to record audio posts/comments.
   

• Provide and operate the Services.
   
• Moderate and enforce our Terms.
   
• Improve performance via crash/usage logs.
   
• Communicate service-related updates.
   
• Comply with legal obligations.
   

We may share data with:

• Service providers (Firebase, hosting, analytics)
   
• App stores (Apple/Google)
   
• Law enforcement/legal requests
   
• Business transfers
   

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context advertising.

• Retained as long as needed for Services.
   
• Deleted upon account deletion (with up to 90 days for backups).
   
• Longer retention where required by law/safety.
   

We use encryption, access controls, and monitoring. If a breach occurs, we will notify affected users and regulators where legally required.

• Update account info in-app.
   
• Manage permissions in device settings.
   
• Delete account via app or by emailing kevon@techapppartners.com.
   

U.S. state residents (CCPA/CPRA, Virginia, etc.) have rights to access, delete, correct, and appeal.

DISC is not for children under 13 (or 16 where required). Accounts discovered to belong to children will be deleted.

• Legal bases: contract, consent, legitimate interests, legal obligation.
   
• Rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent.
   
• Transfers may go to the U.S.; safeguarded with Standard Contractual Clauses.
   

Links to other sites are subject to their privacy policies, not ours.

If DISC is acquired or merged, data may transfer to the new operator.

We may update this Policy. Updates take effect when posted.
